Fill out the Video Booking Request form

Quick Tips:

• A minimum of 24 hours advanced notice is required.
• You may book videos for the entire semester at once. Just indicated dates the videos are needed.
• You an authorize other people to pickup your videos with the Student Pickup for Faculty Video/DVD Request form.
• Video booking requests may be faxed to the department at 303-534-3551 or mailed to Rick Simons at the Auraria Library, Campus Box 101.
